One of the great things about this environment is that you soon find out whether you are among ‘Kindred Spirits .’ Ever since I splattered my thoughts on the 6A espisode around various websites, site traffic has increased significantly. And it’s gathering some pace.
Earlier this evening, I listened to the For Immediate Relase – The Hobson & Holtz Report podcast, where the issue was aired in some depth. I’d recorded a message which they kindly played unedited as part of the podcast, where I shared what I’ve learned. To my surprise, people as far from me as Germany were in the same boat.
Clearly customer service is an important issue. Just as important is the issue of effective communications , an area where 6A really didn’t do well at all.
We have our own equivalent of that – the mish-mash around SIPPS. How are you handling this with irate clients that may already have made plans?
