According to ActiveNetwork’s preliminary review of Office 12 beta:
"If you use Word and Excel every day or have been an Office user for many years, getting accustomed to the new user interface should happen fairly quickly. I have been an Office user for the past 6 years and it took me no time literally to start using the applications just like I did in Word 2003 or 2000."
I’ve been sceptical about Office 12 usability issue and skills acquisition, based on what I’ve seen demonstrated. I may be wrong. We’ll see. I’ve yet to get me stickies on this little lot so I’ll reserve judgment.
