I give a hand-crafted specification to my software that includes a list of sites from which the software builds a larger source list. The actual posts and "Discussion" links are not selected by hand however --it's fully automated. This morning to re-enforce the fact that us tech people need to always think about the "end user," I wrote in big block letters on my white-board: customer.
