I missed this but thankfully David Tebbutt pointed me to wetpaint. It is awesome (as my 15 year old son might say). What you’ve got is something that delivers a combination of wiki and blog with a lick of cool paint. It’s in some sort of beta but I want in and I want in now. The only downside I can see at the moment is there’s no support for attachments. I want that as I want to include podcasts.
Assuming this gets out the development gate then I’m expecting this will be the closest thing I’ve seen yet to a truly interactive online presence that gives site owners a way of combining knowledge based information with blog style communications. There’s one thing that doesn’t appear to be there at the moment – RSS. If that gets done then wetpaint could be a market killer.
Take the tour and leave comments.
PS – note how fast this stuff gets around – I think David was responding to something I’d said in a post from earlier in the day.
