Regulators are rumbling that a Sarbanes-Oxley form of compliance will hit the UK in the next couple of years. I don’t know if it’s true but with so many american companies trading within the British Isles it cannot be long before auditors are exposed to what it means. So I was pleased to track down a 32 minute podcast from Deloitte, looking at the risk assessment element for those advising internal auditors on the issue. Well worth a listen.
