Systems Union sold to Extensity – £220.5 million

Systems Union has filed a regulatory statement to the effect it has been sold to Extensity for £220.5 million, a premium of 21.6% to the 24th March closing price…. SU has seen limp license or declining revenues for years, despite bumping up the portfolio with business intelligence and other bits and pieces.
