Manoj Ranaweera is wrestling with development issues for his ebdex service – a hosted document exchange platform initially aimed at SMBs. His outsourced development team operates out of Sri Lanka – where there’s fear of another war. Manoj is not deterred – he’s out there right now.
That makes him a hero in my book.
