I PERSONALLY like that. It's the unvarnished truth approach this industry needs at times. I appreciate some need to be taken from Leeds to Skipton to get to Leeds - if you know what I mean. But it is an 'acquired taste' and I can fully understand why people might be wary. Especially those whose thoughts don't necessarily match what they say in public. That's where HM is powerful. IMO.
