		<description>If you can be sure it&#039;s one vote/one customer (contact?)  and that they are authenticated somehow, sounds like an &#039;interesting&#039; idea.

I&#039;d hate to think of adversaries trying to &#039;game&#039; the system to wreck your reputation in any indelible way.</description>
