In a piece of masterful marketing, Get Elastic has created a short series of video parodies that illustrate just how bad the online experience can be. This one, Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought…, which is part of the Crazy Messed Up World of E-Commerce series, caught my attention.
When advising clients on these issues, videos like this form a timely reminder that we can’t all be like Amazon. For me, the subtext is simpler is better.
