These are my del.icio.us bookmarks for February 17th:
- shitr – irresistible
- Going Solo – Well worth keeping an eye upon
- A Host for Your Site: Look at the Hard Numbers – As cloud computing becomes more ubiquitous we need to know which are the best providers.
- We Don’t Need No Stinkin Bloggers – About right – I can't remember the last time I read a press release and thought 'wow.'
- Well done Hasso Plattner Ventures – A good story about how at least one man is putting money back into the community in a fresh and interesting way
- Companies Baffled By iPhone’s Success – Why are people baffled by the iPhone's success? Could it be they're not mesmerised by its great user experience?
- An Outsider’s Flawed View Of Silicon Valley – It may be flawed but Arrington gives a great insight into the 'heartless amnesiac' mind of many SV'ers. Good to know as an anterpreneur
- FreeAgent Central aims at… free agents who hate book-keeping – It's a bit more than that but I'm glad it got covered and even happier they got it out the door on time
- Tax Research UK / Head of German Post Office accused of tax haven fraud – I don't know why Richard is surprised. Tax evasion is rife in Germany and has been for a number of years.
- iPhone and iPod Touch leading to huge increase in mobile web browsing – Well yes – but where was Apple at the show? Nowhere
- STORMHOEK 2.0 – Bascially the UK operation failed.
