I’ve stolen both the headline and the video direct from Sam Lawrence’s blog. Sam is chief marketing officer at Jive Software, a really cool company working in the collaboration space. Check out its Jivetalks blog which gives greater insights into the way this company thinks

I like this for several reasons:

• It’s creative – a pre-requisite for anyone involved in communications
• It describes the position very clearly
• Makes you think about what it might be like working for the company
• Gives you clues as to what’s expected in an applicant

The only thing it misses out on is location. That’s important for many people.
