		<description>I definitely see this trend growing fast. What struck me most with Mcderment was his modesty. He said he chose not to use ads, even for the free accounts, because he was more concerned about word of mouth.

Contrast this to Mark Benioff, the brash founder of Salesforce.com, whose marketing pronounced the end of software.

BTW, the Freshbooks link has an extra space in the link that breaks it.</description>
