FedEx, UPS or DHL - which succeeds?

August 1, 2008 by Dennis Howlett

The other week I wrote a tale about DHLs almost comic ineptitude. The other day Zoli declares UPS to be pretty poor. A couple of days back I give a (sort of) muted thumbs up for FedEx. What I should’ve said is that FedEx is the only delivery company I’ve used that consistently do what they say, when they say.

I have a feeling that it is because FedEx has a long history of figuring out which technology bets make the most sense. Year in, year out, they innovate like crazy. The others?

Krupo must be a very funny person. UPS is the most consistently pathetic, the worst out of the three. They cannot do anything right on time except their marketing - the choice of color is very fitting. :-).

Actually Conan’s the very funny person, which is what they “won” on. ;)
