Vodafone Spain sucks

Of course it’s my own fault for living in Spain and this video is not the best quality I’ve ever made cos I lashed it together with the Flip which has no zoom or close up etc controls but matters not. You’ll get the idea pretty quickly. Vodafone Spain is a veritable marketing pantomime horse. If you were as bad – you’d be out of business. So why aren’t they?

This ranks alongside that other classic – Telefonica sucks which has second spot on Google when you run that search term and has been viewed 4,394 times. I’m sorta proud of that.

What about the UK – is Vodafone equally sucking there?

I have been with Vodafone in the UK for about 7 years apart from a 1.5 year contract when I went to T-mobile. I came back because the reception from T-mobile in critical locations (like my office) was useless.

Vodafone I have always found to be good.

Looks like the Spanish site has some issues. I rarely go to the vodafone website. Their customer support is always great. Whenever I have a billing issue I call them – they are alway willing to help.

There you go – a contrary opinion.

I was involved in that project for ten days, twenty months ago… and I can tell you that I’m not surprised how it ended up.
