		<description>In Canada the VAT is called the GST. Interestingly enough, we had two 1% cuts in the past few years (so going from 7 to 5%) and the amount of IT shenanigans I ended up seeing weren&#039;t as bad as you would think.

Or maybe I just happened to be in places where it was managed well.</description>
