That is a great service from Dopplr. As you may know, I have been graphing my electricity use at home using a current cost meter. This data gets saved on and offline in a few different places, including pachube.com. They have recently setup a carbon footprint app that they are trialing out that uses the current cost data to calculate the carbon foot print. Not entirely sure what to do with the carbon data at the moment tho.
 <a href="http://www.pachube.com/feeds/1311" rel="nofollow">http://www.pachube.com/feeds/1311</a>

Although the graphs look pretty basic, they have an API and i have created an air app that allows you to get some quite good detail into your own charts, formatted they way you like. Maybe pachube could tap into the dopplr api to do the same.
