I came across BlevinFranks blog purely by chance (always the best way.) A comment on Mark Lee’s blog got me to click through and voila! So…what are they doing? Plenty it seems. They’ve got eight of their people contributing to the site, providing a solid mix of information, advisory and newsy stuff that’s pertinent to the client base.
Apart from the blog they’ve set up a NetVibes account with tabs that add value with fresh content from sites relevant to the firm’s clients. I really like that idea because it allows readers to easily navigate among third party content. If it was me however I’d make one major tweak. Instead of using NetVibes, I’d consider adding in a Grazr widget which then pulls the content to the main blog area and means the reader can stay in one place while consuming information.
Oh yes – the firm also has a Twitter account. Who would have thought?
