Clearly the author you quoted represents the type of &#039;bad old&#039; suppliers that fear change and would rather rely on locking in clients than providing software and services that create continually satisfied clustomers... which isn&#039;t exclusive to SaaS providers, it&#039;s just too many &#039;on premise&#039; suppliers use lock in as a reason not to provide outstanding service and support.</description>
