“FreeAgent is working directly with professionals ” : Yes they most certainly are ! They listen and respond and we are having to adapt our business model also. Working with them is certainly working for us, but it does mean lower average fees and less work per client, but the nature of our work is changing, and the prospects of what can be developed fom this are even more exciting in terms of what can be supplied to Professional Contractors and Freelancers to help them run their business.
