Heard about WebExpenses?

The other week while in Amsterdam, I met with Sanjay Parekh, CEO of WebExpenses. For those that don’t know, WebExpenses simplifies and automates expense processing including coverage for different tax rules. How cool is that? Check out his business model and also what he says about servicing those customers. It really gives you a glimpse of how the saas industry has to think about its customers. They need to be delighted every day or they drift away.

Disclosure: coincidentally, WebExpenses became an AccMan sponsor (see top right sponsor feeds section.) I only knew that Sanjay was there by accident. Even so, it was a happy coincidence as we had only met once before. Everything was organized via free Internet services.
