A fair assessment Dennis. We're being as transparent as we can in explaining we are an industry group, but endeavouring to present a balanced picture - the group includes software companies who sell on premise as well as SaaS, along with some SaaS specialists with a specific vested interest. We also included at least 2 lawyers to make sure we covered the legal aspects properly. The intenion is to help demystify the topic, as well as helping the buyer ask the right questions.

You are right that we are light on case studies in this first deliverable. This is the first of a sequence, and we hope to publish more customer stories on the site and in the next white paper.... but we'll take what you say on board.
