@ric – thanks for that. I'm nervous of 'lists' as they are always biased. I guess the good news is that the list criteria (however flawed) was made transparent. I am still surprised I appeared in this manner. But I'm also humbled that enough people contribute to me verbiage such that I am up there with peeps I admire.

Dennis – congrats. Although you could argue about specifics (as with all 'league ladders'), I think this is a pretty impressive list to be part of – just reward for years of calling bluffs and bullsh*t!
