Xero customers speak

I promised I’d put up a video of Xero customers talking about their experiences when we met in London the other week. Here is a heavily edited version of the key points that runs just over 5 minutes. The video quality is not pristine, but the words are gold.If any on-premise vendors out there take the trouble to listen, they should be deeply concerned. Why? When customers say that for the first time, their accounting makes sense and that they’re looking at their systems 8-10 times a day then you know there’s something very different going on. Enjoy.

The next video provides insights into the practitioner experience. That’s even more fascinating.

Is this because the application is online or because it is good software?

I thought that was obvious – if not then it is because the s/w gives users what they need
