T's & C's

Elizabeth Allbrycht’s post about how publishing is changing along with the kerfuffle around the Microsoft Vista release and a personal slapping I received for being over the top in comments elsewhere reminded me that I ought really to put up some Terms and Conditions for use. Here goes:

No profanity
No direct personal attacks on individuals
No straying way off topic
No using the site as a place to shamelessly promote your wares (without prior approval!)

Please respect the Creative Commons Licence which requires fair attribution for anything you decide to lift from this site. In that sense, you don’t have to check with me though it is nice to be asked.

  • Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet.

Those who infringe these T’s & C’s will be given fair warning to cease and desist over private email. If the infraction continues, they get banned from commenting. Anything else goes.

Comments *may* be moderated for content.

BTW – If I break my own rules, do tell me. No-one’s infallible. Especially me.
